C~Consequences (Feelings, what emotions you’re feeling because of this event?)
D ~Disputing Beliefs (by using *Detecting irrational beliefs* *Debate by asking yourself “what is the evidence that I have that these beliefs are true?”* *Discriminate against self-defeating (irrational) vs self-helping (rational) beliefs.
E~Effectiveness (Replacing unhealthy thought with healthy thoughts)
