In this art therapy project video, I’m wearing this gel polish. The color polish is used first and next the gel top coat is used to give it that true appearance.

Light Therapy Boxes were originally made for seasonal affective disorder, which usually happens during the winter time, when people don’t get enough sun. However, Light Therapy Boxes can be very helpful for depression in general, especially on gloomy, rainy days or perhaps if you’re just feeling gloomy it can be helpful. I purchased my light box several years ago, but this is similar to it.
I get a lot of compliments on my lipstick, so I thought I would share it. It’s by Mac, and is called Ruby Woo. I use the lip gloss usually, but I also have the matte lipstick version of Ruby Woo. I have very sensitive skin so I’m cautious on what I use on it. But I absolutely , love @maccosmetics and have never had a problem with their makeup.
The mini teddy bears found at select retailers (TBA) or just a small item (think of something, smooth, or even like a small stress ball) with a nice feel to it are excellent for self soothing. I like to use them at doctors appointments whenever I have to do an uncomfortable test or procedure. The wonderful thing is it’s so tiny no one can see it in your hand, but at the same time it brings comfort during those uncomfortable medical procedures. Also, great for high anxiety social situations. Highly recommend it!
The cool, weighted, eye mask is great for soothing puffy eyes. It’s comforting and soothing and really helps prevent puffy eyes if you’ve had an incredibly emotional day. I like to put on my music head set and put on my eye mask and lay back and relax.
The headache hat is great if you have migraines like I do. Sometimes migraine medications don’t work by themselves for me, but when I add the headache hat that I keep in my freezer and lay down that really helps get rid of that awful migraine.
